




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support (POS) professional for diagnosis, maintenance, and on-site support of hardware and software systems, with a focus on specialized systems and structured cabling. Design and installation of structured networks Position Profile: Technical Support (POS) General Requirements * **Gender:** Unrestricted. * **Age:** 25 to 45 years. * **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum one year of verifiable experience in technical support and maintenance of computer equipment. * **Additional Skills:** * Vehicle operation and valid driver’s license. \-Mandatory\- * Availability to travel and adjust schedules according to service requirements. Required Knowledge * Proficiency in technical support and software (SW) applications. * Advanced diagnosis of hardware (HW) and software failures. * **Desirable experience in specialized systems, including:** * **CCTV** (Closed-Circuit Television). * Fire suppression systems. * Access control systems. * Intrusion and audio systems. * Networks and structured cabling. * Knowledge of manufacturer regulations for equipment adjustments and configurations. Desirable Skills * Efficient resolution of technical problems. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Organization and detailed documentation of performed activities. Functions and Responsibilities * **Corrective Maintenance:** * Perform diagnostics and repairs on hardware and software. * Adjust equipment to align with manufacturer specifications. * **On-Site Technical Support:** * Provide on-site technical solutions for customers. * Respond to emergencies and perform immediate configurations when necessary. * **Structured Cabling:** * Design and installation of structured networks. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of cabling systems. * **Administration and Logistics:** * Generate service reports. * Assist in organizing materials and resources for the department. * Coordinate shipment and receipt of equipment related to job activities. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Response times for customer service. * Percentage of incidents resolved on first attempt. * Number of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks performed. * Timely documentation and submission of reports. * Customer satisfaction with services provided.
