**Job Requirements:** * Education: Mechatronics, Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience: 2 to 5 years programming 6-axis robots. * Knowledge: \- Robot programming (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, etc) \- TIG welding processes on stainless steel \- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. * Desired: Proficiency in CAD/CAM. Develop and adjust TIG welding programs for 6-axis robots. Responsibilities: * Set up welding parameters (current, voltage, gas flow, travel speed, oscillations). * Perform tests, calibrations, and process validations. * Interpret blueprints, 3D models, and technical specifications. * Collaborate with design and process engineering departments. * Identify and correct programming or trajectory errors. * Implement continuous improvements in cycle times and efficiency. * Document programs and procedures. * Provide technical support and training to operators. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
