POSITION MISSION Acquire new customers and increase services for active customers by promoting current services and promotions to grow the subscriber base. POSITION FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES ● Perform daily sales in the area assigned by your supervisor, recording them in the Daily Sales Report form to maintain an updated record of the forms used during sales ● Correctly fill out each assigned form, detailing the contracted promotion, avoiding erasures, corrections, or dirt, so that the revenue clerk can accurately enter the data into the System and for any clarification regarding the sale ● Immediately submit assigned forms to the revenue department, delivering any forms not yet used, to verify physical possession ● Inform each customer visited about current promotions, using the sales folder or flyers, to promote services and achieve sales ● Accurately inform the customer about service response times, always staying informed with the installations department, to fulfill the customer service promise ● Prepare daily activity reports, recording them in the Prospects Follow-up form, and deliver them to your supervisor at the end of the day ● Follow up on contracts until installation, supported by your Supervisor who will verify them in the Services module, to ensure fulfillment of what was offered to the customer ● Follow up on contracts that enter the administrative PRO (Problematic) status under the responsibility of the sales department, as well as rejected forms, to provide an immediate solution Requirements Secondary education Basic math skills, reading and writing proficiency Basic use of mobile devices (phone, tablet) Skills: Frustration tolerance, negotiation, verbal communication, and active listening Field sales experience We offer: \- Benefits exceeding legal requirements \- Savings fund \- Productivity bonus \- Grocery vouchers \- Profit sharing \- Year-end bonus \- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Position type: Full-time Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
