




**Administrative–Accounting Assistant / Operational Coordination** **Job Description:** Administrative–Accounting Assistant with operational skills to support administrative tasks, basic accounting activities, and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of tracking multiple tasks. **Requirements:** * **1 year of experience** in a similar position. * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Technical degree or **incomplete bachelor’s degree** in Accounting, Administration, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of: * **Invoicing (CFDI)** * **Collections management** * Monthly tax declarations (2% SN and 3%) * Bank account control and reconciliation * Vendor management * Affiliation transactions (SUA and IDSE) * Basic–intermediate Excel * Skills: organization, attention to detail, follow-up, service orientation, and communication. **Responsibilities:** **Administrative–Accounting** * Preparation and control of **invoices**. * Follow-up and management of **collections**. * Control of **accounts payable** and vendor relations. * **Affiliation transactions in SUA and IDSE** (registrations, cancellations, modifications). * Monthly tax declarations (2% SN and 3%). * Preparation and control of **contracts** and documentation. * Bank reconciliations and administrative recordkeeping. * **Management of various administrative procedures** (CFE, Telmex, Municipal Government, among others). **Operational** * **Coordination of general maintenance** (scheduling, follow-up, supervision, and closure). * Vendor liaison and follow-up on operational incidents. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability and growth opportunities **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
