Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Flexographic Press Operator to ensure the proper production of cardboard packaging, meeting technical specifications and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. At KIT, we seek to integrate a Flexographic Press Operator into our team, responsible for ensuring the proper production of cardboard packaging. This position is critical to ensuring packaging production, complying with customer technical specifications and established production timelines, while guaranteeing process safety and efficiency. Responsibilities - Assist in preparation and setup of the flexographic printing machine. - Install, adjust, and maintain doctor blades. - Monitor ink flow and viscosity to ensure print quality. - Clean anilox rollers, doctor blade chambers, and associated components. - Verify registration, pressure, and alignment during printing. - Detect print defects (streaks, ink over/under application, splatters). - Comply with industrial safety and hygiene standards. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a flexographic press operator. - Knowledge of handling and types of doctor blades (steel, polymer, beveled, etc.), closed chamber systems, ink control, and basic anilox cleaning and maintenance.
