Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to program and operate CNC equipment, performing machining, quality verification, and advanced technical drawing interpretation using CAD/CAM software. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced CAD/CAM systems operation and process simulation 2. CNC programming (G and M codes) and toolpath configuration 3. Metrology and quality control Responsibilities: 1.- Operate advanced CAD/CAM systems with process simulation. 2.- Perform CNC programming (G and M codes), configure toolpaths, speeds, and feeds, export and load programs into the CNC machine. 3.- Machine setup and assembly: select and install appropriate cutting tools; perform initial calibration (workpiece zero, tool offsets). 4.- Machining execution and verification: run the CNC program and monitor operation; conduct dimensional inspection of the first part. 5. Program CNC equipment both via software and at the machine for single-piece and mass production. 6. Use CAM software (Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, SolidCAM). 7. Advanced technical drawing interpretation. 8. Selection of cutting tools and machining parameters. 9.
