Job Summary: AUTOMOTIVE GROUP CGE is seeking a Legal Director to design, implement, and advise on the group's legal strategy, identify risks, and ensure the group's legal compliance. Leadership and decision-making. **AUTOMOTIVE GROUP CGE** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **LOCATION: AGUASCALIENTES** **Position: Legal Director** **Main Responsibilities** * Design and implement the group's legal strategy. * Advise the General Management on legal and regulatory matters. * Identify and mitigate legal risks in group operations. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. * Supervise corporate, contractual, and regulatory legal matters of the group. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory). * Master's degree in Corporate Law, Business Law, or related field (preferred). **Experience** * 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate legal departments. * Experience in large companies or corporate groups. * Experience handling strategic legal matters and risk management. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Strategic thinking. * High-level negotiation. * Legal analysis and conflict resolution. * Executive communication. * Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Salary: $40,000\.00 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Life insurance. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within a solid automotive group.
