The selection process includes a *training* program where you will be trained on an internal and banking-sector-exclusive technology. **WHAT requirements we seek:** COBOL development experience of 1–2 years in programming. * Basic CICS knowledge * JCL * Utility tools handling (file creation, file sorting, copying, file matching, etc.) * DB2 \- SQL * Mainframe * Batch processes * CONTROL\-M knowledge * ChangeMan version control knowledge * Altamira or Alnova architecture * Diagramming knowledge **Optional:** * Basic Connect:Direct knowledge (file transfers) * Basic pure CICS knowledge * X\-INFO * Jira * Remedy \- Helix **Responsibilities:** Analyze business technological requirements to ensure correct software construction, delivering robust unit-tested outputs.
