Full Job Description We are expanding our team at IMILE Delivery, a company dedicated to national and international package transportation and delivery across more than 14 countries. We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following position: Warehouse Assistant. Job Objective: Ensure proper receipt, storage, safeguarding, preparation, and dispatch of packages in the warehouse, maintain shipment integrity, and contribute to efficient logistics operations. Main Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and register incoming packages according to established procedures. Place goods in designated areas, respecting order and storage conditions. Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct classification and packaging. Load and unload transport units (trucks, vans, and small delivery trucks). Scan packages for system tracking and control. Conduct periodic physical inventories and report any incidents or anomalies. Assist with warehouse cleaning, organization, and maintenance. Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Report damages, shortages, or issues identified in goods or work equipment. Knowledge: Basic operation of scanning and inventory control systems. Fundamental principles of warehousing and goods distribution. Warehouse safety standards. Skills: Organization and order. Work from home. Attention to detail. Physical agility.
