ALTEN México, a leading company in engineering and technology consulting, is seeking a Project Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the agile solution development process, training and guiding teams, removing impediments, and promoting the use of standards and best practices. Additionally, you will manage projects using both agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring proper execution and delivery of products aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery. * Manage estimation and forecasting of user stories to guarantee requirement understanding. * Identify and resolve impediments affecting team progress. * Ensure product iterations are tested and released within an agile framework. * Track traditional (Waterfall) projects, providing transparency on progress and risks. * Promote agile culture and good practices within the team. : **Requirements:** * Project management experience using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. * Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Trello, MS Project. * Knowledge of effort estimation, sprint planning, and backlog management. * Familiarity with software development processes and project life cycles. * Ability to generate progress reports, metrics, and KPIs. * Competence in risk management and change control. * Experience with collaborative tools: Confluence, Teams, Slack. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Benefits:** * Major Medical Expense Insurance * 15 Days’ Year-End Bonus * 25% Vacation Bonus * Dental and Vision Insurance * Grocery Vouchers * 12 Vacation Days
