We are a **nationwide private security company**, currently seeking a **Human Resources Manager** experienced in managing large operational teams. We seek a professional with strong competencies in **mass recruitment**, **labor regulations**, **document control**, **separation processes**, and **effective onboarding** of personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute **large-scale operational recruitment** processes * Design strategies for **operational talent retention** * Supervise and execute **onboarding and orientation** processes for new hires * Guarantee compliance with current **labor regulations** (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS) * Control and maintain up-to-date **personnel documentation** (files, contracts, official forms) * Manage **internal and external labor audits** * Coordinate **labor separation processes** in accordance with the law * Support training and continuous development programs **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field * Minimum 2 **years of experience** in a similar role, **preferably in the security sector** * Proven experience in **mass recruitment of operational staff** * Knowledge and experience in **onboarding processes** * Experience managing **teams of 200 employees or more** * Ability to lead teams and critical processes * Excellent communication and organizational skills **We Offer:** * **Bi-weekly** payment * **Work hours: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 10:00 AM–1:00 PM** * Job stability * Statutory benefits and above * Opportunity for **professional growth** * Positive work environment within an expanding company Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00–$21,200.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
