Job Summary: Grupo ATC is seeking an Operator Payroll Assistant to manage payroll calculation and recording, ensuring accurate payments and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages operator payroll and records unit resets. 2. Assists in preparing and issuing diesel vouchers and travel advances. 3. Conducts inspection of diesel tanker receipt. **TLE RAMOS: OPERATOR PAYROLL ASSISTANT.** We are Grupo ATC, a leading company in the Logistics Transportation sector with national and international reach, providing our customers with the best service by safely transporting their goods, supported by a top-tier talent network. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (Diploma, Graduation Letter, or Academic Transcript). Experience in payroll preparation. Proficiency in Excel. Office software skills. **SALARY:** $3000 PER WEEK (NET) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Calculate and process operator payroll to ensure correct payment for their trips. Perform and record unit resets for operators to evaluate actual operator performance per completed routes. Review and correct branch operator payrolls to ensure accurate payroll calculation and performance evaluation. Prepare and record pre-payroll for operators whose units are scheduled to arrive at headquarters to expedite final payroll processing. Prepare and issue diesel vouchers requested by Operations to ensure units have sufficient fuel for their trips. Process and report travel advances to Treasury to ensure adequate funding for each operator’s trip. Receive and inspect the diesel tanker receipt process to ensure self-consumption supply. **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits from Day 1. IMSS registration at 100%.
