Facility Security Guard **Purpose:** To safeguard Flex N Gate’s property and personnel integrity, in accordance with company policies and regulations, with a focus on business continuity. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Safeguard and protect Flex N Gate’s property. * Protect the physical integrity of all personnel entering Flex N Gate’s premises. * Inspect all vehicles entering and exiting the plant, as stipulated by the C\-TPAT system. * Monitor and control access and egress of Flex N Gate personnel, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and carriers, following established procedures outlined in Work Instructions for each process. * Inspect incoming and outgoing materials, tools, personal belongings, and authorized chemicals entering the plant. * Identify suspicious activity, unsafe acts and conditions, intruders or unauthorized persons in restricted areas, and security vulnerabilities during patrol rounds. * Report any violations of FNG policies, internal work regulations, and the Code of Ethics. * Provide executive transportation and support services to various company departments. **Job Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in private security and in-house security and protection. * Specific experience as a Security Guard, facility protection, in-house security, observational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
