Our award\-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.**Job Responsibilities:** **Product Engineer** **Department:** **Advanced Engineering \> Product Development** **Reports to:** **Product Manager** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position Objective** ----------------------- Develop, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects focused on product design, improvement, and industrialization, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, cost, and timeline requirements established by the organization and the customer. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and validate new products or improvements to existing products. * Coordinate and monitor projects from the conceptual phase through to production release. * Prepare and update technical documentation (drawings, specifications, bills of materials, FMEAs, technical reports). * Perform technical analysis using CAD/CAE tools. * Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Processes, and Purchasing departments to ensure proper product integration. * Manage engineering changes (ECNs). * Analyze failures and propose effective technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and customer requirements. * Participate in project progress meetings and present updates to internal and external stakeholders. **Required Profile** ESSENTIAL * Education: Completed degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering. * Conversational English proficiency, capable of operating effectively in international environments. Technical Training * Project management. * Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate–Advanced Excel). * Experience with CAD/CAE software.
