Responsibilities: * Complete all phases and assignments of the program on time and as scheduled, actively participating in planned activities and fulfilling established requirements to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills during training. * Collaborate in plant production areas by assuming operator and shadow supervisor roles, understanding plant operations and seeking improvement opportunities to learn about plant processes and contribute to efficient plant operation. * Attend scheduled trainings and courses, submitting assignments and successfully completing each course to acquire specific knowledge and ensure learning. * Understand the plant’s or central area’s complete process through rotation across different engineering and support areas, documenting learning and generating reports to comprehend overall operations and contribute improvements to the plant or central area. * Once the specialization area is defined, actively participate in area activities by collaborating with the team and applying acquired knowledge, generating reports and developing a project under the defined methodology to specialize in that area and contribute improvements and savings to the area. * Identify opportunity areas, propose and implement improvements by analyzing processes to maximize quality and optimize operations for improved plant efficiency. * Embody the organization’s culture and principles by participating in workshops and actively engaging in internal activities to strengthen organizational identity and commitment. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Advanced English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 4 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
