Communication with internal staff and/or clients in case of events Job Description: A security company requires a Monitoring Operator for its camera and alarm monitoring center. The candidate will be responsible for continuous supervision of video surveillance and alarm systems, as well as incident response and reporting. Main Responsibilities: Real-time monitoring of security cameras Monitoring and response to alarm signals Reporting of detected incidents and events Security protocol follow-up Communication with internal staff and/or clients in case of events Requirements: Prior experience in camera and/or alarm monitoring (mandatory) Attention to detail and ability to react promptly Responsibility and punctuality Availability for night shifts Basic computer skills. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education years of experience Age: between 19 and 40 years Knowledge: Office software Keywords: monitoring, monitoring operator
