We are seeking a Material Systems Intern to join a strategic project within the automotive industry. This role will support the Material Systems team in data administration, information validation, and generation of reports related to PFEP (Plan For Every Part), inventories, storage, and material flow—contributing to successful launch execution and accuracy of information systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and update material, routing, storage, and inventory databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Update and validate PFEP, BOM, material master data, and physical location data.
* Generate KPI reports, weekly metrics, inventory reports, manpower reports, and launch indicator tracking reports.
* Support the development and maintenance of dashboards for performance analysis and decision-making.
* Conduct capacity analysis, inventory analysis, material flow analysis, and resource utilization analysis.
* Maintain trackers, implementation logs, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up records.
* Support material flow studies and data validation to ensure correct system configuration.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inconsistencies and optimization opportunities within Material Systems processes.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with PFEP, inventory, and material flow concepts.
* Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Organizational and communication skills.
* Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
* Ability to work effectively in dynamic and cross-functional environments.

Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $7,000\.00 per month
