Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Talent Recruiter with experience in mass recruitment, responsible for attracting and screening candidates, as well as executing field recruitment plans. End-to-end management of the selection process Description and details of responsibilities Operational talent attraction On-site interviews Candidate site tours and transportation Follow-up on new hires Execution of field recruitment plans File compilation Publication and dissemination of job openings across various channels. Field recruitment (flyer distribution, posting, job fairs, job boards, kiosks, loudspeaker announcements, etc.). Initial interviews and candidate screening. Implementation and follow-up of selection processes. Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. Experience and Requirements Completed high school education Minimum 2 years of experience in mass recruitment and social media Driver's license (Desirable but not mandatory) Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to perform fieldwork. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of recruitment sources. Proactivity and results orientation.
