Ortiz Responsibilities Candidate pipeline tracking Reception and assistance of candidates Contract signing and management Distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Incident logging (attendance, absences, tardiness) Support in personnel file management and reporting Requirements Completed high school (Bachelor's degree preferred) Basic experience in Human Resources Availability from Monday to Sunday (variable shifts depending on operations); one weekday off. Personal transportation (preferred) Must reside near the work location.
