Specific Knowledge: * Knowledge of backup creation, formatting, and software and hardware installation. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. Responsibilities: * Ticket handling * Preparation and configuration of new equipment with Windows 10 or higher operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive equipment maintenance. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices.
