Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to ensure the proper operation of machinery and equipment, and to participate in planning and improving the maintenance area within an international metal-mechanical company. Support the improvement and organization of the maintenance department. An international company in the metal-mechanical sector, located in Saltillo, is seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer. **Responsibilities** * Ensure proper operation and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. * Participate in the planning and structuring of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Monitor indicators, processes, and controls within the maintenance area. * Support the improvement and organization of the maintenance department. * Coordinate and provide technical support for industrial equipment on-site. * Maintain constant focus on industrial safety and compliance with procedures. * Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Coordinator on operational projects and improvements. **Requirements** * Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field. * Recent graduate or with 1\-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Valid visa. * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry or service centers. * Knowledge of overhead cranes, PLCs, and laser, plasma, and flame cutting machinery. * Focus on planning, improvement, and structuring of the maintenance area. * Availability to work in Saltillo, Coahuila.
