A global company of **Irish origin**, with over **40 years of experience** in plastic manufacturing and international presence, is seeking an **Engineering Manager** for its operation in **Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila**. The company specializes in **plastic molding solutions** for industries such as automotive, industrial, and healthcare, focusing on high-performance plastic components and global manufacturing projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the plant engineering department. * Coordinate technology transfer, installation, and commissioning of production lines. * Ensure proper implementation of processes, tooling, molds, equipment, and technical documentation. * Provide technical support to production, quality, maintenance, and operations. * Lead process improvements, problem resolution, and manufacturing optimization. * Develop and coordinate the technical/engineering team under supervision. * Collaborate closely with global teams and operational departments. **Requirements** * Experience as an **Engineering Manager, Engineering Director, or Manufacturing Manager**. * Mandatory experience in **plastic injection molding**. * Experience in **production line transfer, production start-up, industrialization, or launch of new processes**. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, molds, equipment, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. * Experience leading plant-based engineering teams. * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Hands-on profile with strong shop-floor presence and ability to resolve technical issues. * Willingness to work in **Ramos Arizpe / Saltillo, Coahuila**.
