Patriotismo 101, Escandón II Secc., Miguel Hidalgo Work Mode: On-site Position Type: Full-time Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm **Job Objective** The Accounting Staff will support the recording, analysis, and control of the firm’s clients’ financial information, ensuring that accounting processes are carried out timely and in compliance with current regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, and general journal). * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Consolidation and cleanup of accounting accounts. * Support in monthly and annual closing processes. * Preparation of working papers. * Preparation of basic financial statements. * Support during internal and external audits. * Maintaining up-to-date accounting information in the firm’s systems. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field (degree completed or in progress). * Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (preferred). * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with accounting systems (COI, CONTPAQi, SAP or other ERP) is preferred.
