Job Summary: Responsible for machining center, milling machine, and lathe operations to machine parts according to drawings and designs, ensuring quality standards and contributing to the success of engineering projects; SolidWorks knowledge is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine parts according to drawings and designs, ensuring quality. 2. SolidWorks knowledge is essential, as well as CNC programming ability. 3. Coordination with operators, quality control, and maintenance teams. Purpose of the Position: Responsible for machining center, milling machine, and lathe operations, with the primary objective of machining parts based on drawings and/or designs that meet quality standards and contribute to the success of engineering projects. SolidWorks knowledge is essential. **Functions and/or Activities:** * Interpret mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and engineering instructions. * Generate CNC programs for lathes, milling machines, machining centers, or other machines (as applicable). * Select cutting tools and define cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut). * Simulate and test programs using CAM software or directly on the machine. * Perform adjustments during commissioning to optimize cycle times and quality. * Document processes and maintain updated programming files. * Coordinate with operators, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient production. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Mechanical design * Drawing interpretation * Manufacturing processes * Technical problem-solving **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Machine Tools and Equipment. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 22\-35 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. * Willingness to travel is desirable. * Knowledge of standards is desirable.
