This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture—centered on purpose, people, and performance—to accelerate sustainable construction. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU: Concrete Pump Operator** You will be responsible for providing concrete pumping services by safely operating and managing truck-mounted or stationary pump equipment, meeting safety, productivity, and efficiency requirements to ensure concrete delivery at the right time and location as specified by the customer. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Performing concrete pumping at the customer’s job site while adhering to safety standards, equipment capacity limits, proper unit operation, and reporting pumping times and movements to meet the pumping schedule and ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensuring your equipment remains in optimal operating condition by performing daily inspections of your pumping and transport unit; if deficiencies are found, reporting them to the Batch Plant Operator and notifying the Maintenance Department to implement necessary corrective actions. * Maintaining continuous communication with the Dispatch Department and/or the Batch Plant Operator during concrete pumping operations to meet customer requirements. * Collecting the customer’s signed acknowledgment and acceptance of service upon completion of pumping. * Verifying site access prior to initiating pumping operations, assessing ground conditions to prevent accidents. * Studying and complying with current traffic regulations to avoid violations and issues with authorities. * Preparing required pumping reports, notices, and comments to ensure effective follow-up on services provided to our customers. **Work Location:** Saltillo Concrete Plant **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience operating pumping equipment. * Valid driver’s license (State/Federal) * Primary education * Preventive maintenance of pumping units * Safety techniques **Desired Qualifications:** * Safety awareness * Teamwork * Safe handling practices **\#HolcimMéxico.** **DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site
