Job Summary: Design, optimize, and develop cardboard and packaging products, ensuring functionality, quality, and cost-efficiency while meeting customer requirements and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Design and development of new corrugated cardboard products and packaging. 2. Conducting resistance tests and optimizing designs. 3. Coordinating with production and validating prototypes. Develop, design, and optimize cardboard and packaging products (boxes), ensuring functionality, strength, quality, and cost-efficiency while meeting customer requirements and production standards. Responsibilities: * Design and develop new corrugated cardboard products and packaging. * Prepare structural drawings and technical specifications for boxes. * Conduct resistance tests (compression, burst, stacking, etc.). * Optimize designs to reduce costs and improve materials. * Coordinate with production to ensure correct product manufacturing. * Validate prototypes and authorize release to production. * Address technical requirements from internal and external customers. * Analyze failures or returns and propose improvements. * Comply with quality standards and industry regulations. * Manage engineering changes.
