Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Tax Auditor to lead complex internal tax audits, assess risks, and propose correction and prevention strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Lead high-complexity internal tax audits. 2. Define defensible technical criteria and assess tax risks. 3. Propose tax correction and prevention strategies. ***Senior Tax Auditor*** Execute and lead high-complexity internal tax audits, define defensible technical criteria, assess tax risks and contingencies, and propose correction and prevention strategies aligned with the Fiscal Comptroller’s position. **Functions and Responsibilities:** \* Plan and execute preventive and corrective internal tax audits. \* Define tax criteria for complex transactions. \* Assess tax risks and quantify tax contingencies. \* Review CUFIN, CUCA, tax losses, and accounting capital. \* Prepare defensible technical reports for Management. \* Support reviews and audits conducted by tax authorities. \* Federal, state taxes, and Social Security contributions.
