Project Administrator Support Project Managers/Leaders in managing bus chassis development projects, in accordance with the Quality Gates Management (QGM) methodology guidelines and tools defined by the Project House department. Perform capacity and financial planning for the PCM area, aligning information with the Global Chassis R\&D Organization (BUS/PC). Manage the product portfolio (chassis) and ensure corresponding updates and alignments in the LRPP, as well as conduct national and global ICM change request management. We are looking for a: Project Administrator In this role, you will be responsible for: * Supporting Project Managers/Leaders in chassis development project management, in accordance with the QGM methodology and Project House tools. * Ensuring consistent and integrated reporting, as well as project documentation and updates to the Quality Gates Masterplan. * Participating in product strategy planning within the Global Chassis Organization (WIPPS, LRPP, EoP Process). * Participating in the update of the QGM methodology and ensuring its correct implementation in Mexico. * Maintaining integration and alignment with the Global Chassis R\&D Organization. * Administering ICM change requests and following up on Global Change Management meetings with Brazil, San Luis Potosí and Argentina. Administering and tracking local ICMs. * Conducting analysis and managing responses to tenders. * Preparing supporting materials for strategic (Executive) meetings and providing support in organizing the annual PCM Workshop. * Acting strictly in compliance with applicable local and international regulations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Daimler Truck Code of Conduct, as well as current internal policies and procedures. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
