




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise traffic operations, ensuring unit assignment, compliance with corporate image standards, and staff safety, as well as managing relationships with customers and the community. Key Responsibilities: 1. Traffic operations coordination and unit assignment 2. Corporate image supervision and unit documentation 3. Vehicle maintenance management and operator training Coordinate the company’s traffic activities, ensuring timely unit assignment according to customer requirements, and verifying that all units meet preventive maintenance service requirements, possess valid documentation, and comply with required corporate image standards; additionally, supervise that assigned Operators adhere to all safety measures and pre-shift protocols. · Conduct daily supervision to ensure all operational units comply with corporate image requirements, and that their documentation and tools are fully complete and satisfactory. · Timely address customer needs by holding periodic meetings with them to gather feedback on the services provided. · Hold meetings with assigned Operators to deliver safety talks and/or recommendations, and inform them of company policies. · Negotiate with community representatives to ensure smooth unit operations and minimize service interruptions as much as possible. Authorize, in coordination with Unit Operators, the entry of units into the Mechanical Workshop for preventive and/or corrective maintenance services. Timely request the Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to handle external service orders for units experiencing failures or malfunctions. · Timely address customer requests for special units, coordinating and controlling equipment based on unit positioning and actual availability. · Supervise and ensure that personnel (Operators) under your supervision participate in courses and training relevant to their competencies.
