Responsibilities Provide specialized technical support, process diagnosis, and customer consulting to ensure correct product application, optimize customer process performance, and contribute to sales closure and customer satisfaction. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in electroplating processes (nickel, chromium, zinc). Control, analysis, and management of chemical baths. Interpretation of coating defects. Technical education: Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in a technical or production role. Desired Qualifications Prior experience in technical consulting or technical presentations.
