Positive work environment **Branch Manager – Junkyard** **Job Objective:** Manage and supervise the branch's daily operations, ensuring the junkyard functions properly, overseeing appropriate customer service, coordinating staff, and achieving sales targets and operational order. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational staff (sales, parts removal, warehouse, cashier, security guard). * Branch opening and closing procedures. * Direct customer service and conflict resolution. * Coordinate material inflows and outflows. * Monitor pricing and sales. * Daily/weekly sales and operations reports. * Verify order, cleanliness, and safety at the junkyard. * Comply with and enforce internal regulations. * Monitor sales platforms (if applicable: Mercado Libre, social media, etc.). **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school (technical or administrative degree preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (branch manager, supervisor, shift leader). * Basic knowledge of auto parts and junkyard operations. * Personnel management experience. * Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory management, reporting). * Flexible working hours. * Prior cash-handling experience preferred. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Organization and control. * Responsibility and integrity. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Working under pressure. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
