RPG Developer Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Experience: 2+ years developing and maintaining AS400 applications using RPG. Document software development processes and procedures. Develop applications using RPG III, ILE RPG, and Free RPG. Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions for Core Banking systems. Ensure compliance with technical standards and delivery timelines. Experience developing RPG applications on AS400 / iSeries. Functional or technical knowledge of SIGNATURE or ICBS (Core Banking). Experience with tools such as PDM, SEU, SDA, DB2, CLP. Analytical skills.
