We seek a Data Engineer with a strong analytical focus and experience in data-based process improvement and automation. The person in this position will be responsible for transforming data into strategic information, closely collaborating with finance and technology development teams to optimize processes, drive advanced analytics and predictive analytics initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using data. Design and develop efficient and scalable data pipelines. Develop advanced analytics and predictive analytics models that deliver business value. Translate financial department requirements into technical data solutions. Integrate, transform, and model large volumes of data from multiple sources. Collaborate with development, BI, and finance teams to implement analytics solutions. Build reliable reports, dashboards, and datasets for strategic analysis. Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. Hybrid work arrangement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or advanced data analytics. Experience in data-based process automation. Solid expertise in structured and unstructured databases. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
