Job Description: Software Developer (Messaging Services) At Chat2desk Mexico, we are looking for a Software Developer specialized in Messaging Services with a valid Scrum Master certification and an advanced technical certification in backend architectures or communication platforms (CPaaS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, integrating, and maintaining multichannel messaging ecosystems, ensuring seamless communication between our platforms and end users. Position Objective: Design, develop, and optimize messaging service-oriented applications, ensuring proper platform functionality and efficient generation of technical reports, while guaranteeing the stability and scalability of communication systems. Job Requirements: Academic Qualifications: * Mandatory: Degree or Professional License in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computing, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience developing applications specifically for messaging services (handling communication protocols, chat APIs, WebSockets, or similar). * Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Proficiency in database management for report generation and metric adjustments. Activities and Responsibilities: * Functional Adaptation: Customize and enhance the messaging platform’s features according to business requirements. * Report Development: Create, adjust, and optimize performance and usage reports for the platform. * Maintenance: Perform technical adjustments and bug fixes on existing code. * Optimization: Ensure messaging services operate with low latency and high availability. * Documentation: Produce technical documentation for implemented changes and new features. Working Conditions: * Employment Type: Full-time. * Working Hours: * Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturday: 10:00–15:00 hrs. * Work Mode: Hybrid. * Salary: * MXN $30,000–$45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and technical expertise.
