Job Summary: Grupo Delmex is seeking a Purchaser to comprehensively manage the supply chain, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo Delmex is a Mexican company focused on the transformation and commercialization of steel-derived products for the metal-mechanical and light construction industries. **Position Required: Purchaser** Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree: Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting. Age: 24 years or older. \- Leadership \- Negotiation skills \- Results-oriented mindset \- Analytical capability Proven work experience. 1\.\- Generate and track purchase orders based on MRP or ERP system requirements 2\.\- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with domestic suppliers 3\.\- Monitor critical inventory levels and coordinate replenishment actions 4\.\- Analyze historical consumption data and forecasts to adjust optimal inventory levels 5\.\- Coordinate with logistics, production, quality assurance, and warehousing to ensure correct and timely material delivery 6\.\- Develop and evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, delivery timeliness, pricing, and service, ensuring adherence to the company’s required quality standards 7\.\- Reconcile supplier invoices and follow up on payment scheduling with Treasury 8\.\- Select suppliers in accordance with company guidelines 9\.\- Issue purchase orders within the purchasing or procurement department’s guidelines 10\.\- Negotiate commercial terms 11\.\- Return products that do not meet specified requirements Microsoft Office Suite 12\.\- SAP 13\.\- Ability to finalize contracts with suppliers 14\.\- Manage contracts and agreements 15\.\- Supplier evaluation 16\.\- Procurement planning and strategy 17\.\- Market analysis 18\.\- Interdepartmental coordination 19\.\- Risk management 20\.\- Monitor and schedule supplier payments 21\.\- Review quotations and commercial terms 22\.\- Reconcile purchase orders 23\.\- Comply with purchasing department policies, guidelines, and procedures We Offer: Statutory Benefits Subsidized Cafeteria Savings Fund Housing Fund Salary commensurate with qualifications Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings Fund Work Location: On-site employment
