Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure the integration of new employees into operations, aiming to develop skills that guarantee optimal job performance according to the company's established policies and procedures. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities * Execute induction and training programs, ensuring materials and logistics for each session. * Record and document training evidence for personnel. * Update and design content/presentations to enhance employee experience in training and development topics. * Conduct store visits to deliver and follow up on specific training programs. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communications, or related field. * 1+ year of experience in Human Resources. * Experience as an instructor and managing groups. * Knowledge of digital training platforms. **Employee Type** Temporary (Fixed Term) **Work Model** On-site At Farmacias del Ahorro, we want you...
