Comprehensive management of quality processes in a chemical company. **JOB OFFERING** **Position:** Quality Coordinator We are looking for a specialist in Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and certification of our ISO 9001 system for a company in the chemical sector. **Mandatory Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in similar roles in quality consulting or management. (Knowledge of Physicochemical Analysis, 5S, and Good Laboratory Practices). * Paint formulation or similar. * **Proven track record** in implementation and certification of **ISO 9001\.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal and external audits and coordinate certification processes. * Develop training programs and promote continuous improvement. * Maintain documentation and processes up to date. * Create manufacturing and packaging orders in the system. * Perform quality controls (laboratory) on finished products and raw materials. * Verify calibration of scales and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Record information in Quality Control Logs for each production batch. * Enter goods into the ERP system. * Reconcile physical batches of RM, WIP, FP, and samples. * Manage disposal of hazardous and municipal solid waste. **Skills:** * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and processes. **Benefits We Offer** · Base salary: $12,000 gross. · Competitive salary. · Statutory benefits. · Bonus scheme. · Transportation support. · Safety equipment support.
