We are seeking a **Production Operator (B)** to join our team and play a key role in supporting a broad range of activities—assisting chefs in the preparation and cooking processes for fruit-based and non-fruit cooked preparations—ensuring full compliance with product specifications, quality, food safety, workplace safety, and scheduled timelines as defined in formulations. **Your responsibilities:** * Assist chefs in reviewing raw materials stored for formulation preparation; report any discrepancies to the chef or supervisor to prevent traceability issues. * Prepare ingredients for addition to the kettle, ensuring they are available at the precise time required for formulation. * Assist in the transfer of raw materials, strictly adhering to timing instructions from the chef and observing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to guarantee product quality and food safety. * When handling allergens, it is mandatory to ensure proper handling to prevent cross-contamination with other products or equipment. * Perform kettle purging to ensure readiness for the product manufacturing process. * Carry out verification procedures for assigned measurement equipment. * Assemble pumps, paying special attention to filter assembly—as it is a critical control point—and ensure correct integration of the metal detector suppressor with the rest of the equipment; report any anomalies to the chef or supervisor. **What we expect from you:** * Knowledge of Industrial Safety. * Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and GMPs. **What we offer you:** * Excellent benefits from day one, including grocery vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, cafeteria subsidy, and more! * A safe environment in which to perform your work. * Comprehensive and effective training experience during onboarding—and beyond. **About Sensient:** Sensient Technologies Corporation is a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of colors, flavors, and extracts.
