Executes using conventional/ established processes and structures. * Responsible for the execution and operation of various Regulatory processes and procedures in an efficient and timely manner. * Conducts administrative duties within defined guidelines. * Create and maintain technical documentation. Coordinate response to internal \& external stakeholders by providing technical documentation. * Liaise with RD\&A, QA \& Operations for technical documentation review. Document control. * **Participate in the creation and maintenance of SOP, WI, etc used for executing GBS regulatory activities.** * Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers **such as sales, RD\&A, QA, QC, Supply Chain, CC, etc.** * Contributing to overall department Key Performance Indicators. **Qualifications and skills** * Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Pharma or related discipline. * 1\- 3 years’ experience of related experience in food industry in Regulatory, Quality Assurance or R\&D * Food industry knowledge. * Fluent in English, fluency in other languages relevant to your support region are a distinct advantage. * Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Proficient in SAP, Optiva and SFDC systems * Results driven, highly collaborative, detailed oriented and strong analytical skills.
