Position Summary: Responsible for providing warm service and verifying spa reservations, exceeding guest expectations and ensuring cleanliness and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide warm service and verify spa reservations. 2. Oversee guest expectations and needs in the spa and gym. 3. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in the spa. Responsible for delivering warm service and verifying reservations in accordance with spa standards and procedures; also contributes to selling available products. Acts as the liaison between guests and the spa, exceeding guest expectations and needs during their stay at the spa and gym. Responsible for learning guests' preferences and tastes to ensure repeat visits. Also responsible for maintaining the highest standards throughout the hotel during daily duties, ensuring complete cleanliness of equipment, therapies, and spa operations. Position Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Front desk experience: 1 year (Preferred) * Luxury hospitality experience: 1 year (Required) Language: * Conversational English (Required) Work Location: On-site employment
