If you are passionate about quality, food safety, and continuous improvement, this position is for you! **Your primary mission:** Guarantee the reliability and high performance of our raw material and critical input suppliers, ensuring strict compliance with quality regulations. **Your key challenges:** * **Surveillance Management:** Ensure the integrity of raw materials from receipt through processing. * **Audit and Control:** Lead audits of domestic suppliers and maquiladoras, aligning them with internal requirements. * **Allergen Management:** Administer and monitor the Allergen Control PPR. * **Evaluation Committee:** Coordinate decision-making for supplier development. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Food Science or related field. * **Experience:** Quality coordination, audits (internal/external/supplier), and problem-solving methodologies. * **Technical Knowledge:** Meat technology, national regulations and GFSI standards, sampling plans and statistics. * **Skills:** Strategic leadership and assertive communication.
