We operate with clear processes and a culture oriented toward results, talent development, and continuous improvement. **Position Objective** Support the Manager in the restaurant’s overall operations, ensuring compliance with service, quality, hygiene, and profitability standards, as well as the proper execution of operational and administrative processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Support supervision of daily kitchen and service operations. * Coordinate and monitor operational staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance. * Ensure compliance with service standards and customer experience expectations. * Supervise adherence to hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Support inventory control, shrinkage management, and input usage. * Monitor operational incidents and propose corrective actions. * Support team training and development. * Prepare basic operational reports and track key performance indicators. * Act as Manager substitute during their absence, when required. **Required Profile** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, or similar role in restaurants. * Experience managing staff and daily operations. * Knowledge of operational processes, inventory control, and customer service. * Results-oriented, organized, and leadership-focused. * Ability to work under pressure and make decisions. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities within an expanding brand. * Professional and structured work environment.
