This opportunity is for you. ### **What will you do?** * Track **warranty and service campaign** processes * Validate work performed by technicians and ensure quality standards * Keep the **warranty database and reports** up to date * Manage documentation and evidence for claims * Conduct inspections on new vehicles * Monitor active campaigns and adherence to timelines * Coordinate work assignments with the control department ### **What are we looking for?** * Education: **High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Administration or related field)** * Experience in **administrative or service processes (automotive industry preferred)** * Proficiency in computer use and reporting * Skills: * ✔ Organization and planning * ✔ Results-oriented * ✔ Teamwork * ✔ Attention to detail * ✔ Effective communication ### **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ### **What do we offer?** * Base salary \+ Bonus * Job stability * Professional growth * Excellent work environment * Statutory benefits **Apply by submitting your CV** or share it with someone who might be interested.
