Inventory Supervisor

Description

**Objective:** **Efficiently manage and ensure the reliability of LADY PAOLA’s inventories by supervising stock levels, reducing costs, and accelerating demand fulfillment.** ***Job Description:*** **Age:** 25 years and older. **Gender:** Unrestricted. **Academic Level:** Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Logistics, Administration, or related field. **Willingness to travel:** Yes. Driver’s license (desirable). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday morning. **Knowledge:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably as part of an inventory or audit team. · Proficiency in area performance indicators (shrinkage, physical counts, reconciliations). · Experience supervising personnel and coordinating operations. · Experience in companies with similar business activities (desirable). ***Responsibilities:*** · Ensure inventory reliability. · Responsible for supervising and controlling merchandise inflows and outflows. · Reconciliation of movements (internal system vs. invoicing). · Intervention before, during, and after inventory execution, including discrepancy resolution and inter-branch transfers. · Implementation of corrective solutions. · Execution of cyclic and full inventories, generation of comparative reports, and resolution of discrepancies. · Determination of returns or, where applicable, billing for obsolete, damaged, or lost inventories; evaluation and subsequent write-off control. · Development of cyclic and monthly inventory plans. · Staff training. · Identification and communication of improvement opportunities, such as container quantities, new parts, inventory shift scheduling, etc. · Updating of departmental procedures. \*\* This job description outlines the primary responsibilities of the position but is not intended to be an exhaustive list. ***Skills and Competencies:*** * Communication. * Sociable. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Proactive. * Results-oriented. ***We Offer:*** Base salary.
