Requirements Education: Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, counter sales, or similar position. Gender: No preference. Availability to work under performance goals and operational pressure. Basic proficiency in administrative tools and data entry systems. Main Responsibilities In-person, telephone, and digital channel customer service and follow-up. Order entry, quotation, and invoicing in the system. Achievement of assigned sales and accounts receivable collection targets. Order and delivery tracking, and coordination with internal departments. Generation of operational and commercial reports. Implementation of current sales policies, discounts, and promotions. Updating commercial information and price lists. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
