General purpose: Satisfy customer needs by informing and guiding them about Estafeta's service options and the shipping conditions required for successful delivery, thereby closing sales effectively. Job Responsibilities and Functions: - Advise customers visiting the point of sale. - Sell Estafeta services to customers without a shipping label. - Issue services covered by an Estafeta shipping label. - Deliver all services that occur. - Handle cash from service sales. - Return services held at the point of sale for more than 7 days. - Make bank deposits within no more than 48 hours. - Provide occasional and prepaid customer service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the point of sale. - Manage inventory control. - Analyze KPIs. - Adhere to established processes. Profile: - Minimum education: High school diploma. - Basic Microsoft Office skills. - Problem-solving ability. - Cash handling experience. - Customer service experience.
