Job stability and professional development within an educational institution At Universidad Cuauhtémoc Querétaro, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Systems Assistant to join our Information Technology team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field. * Desired knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Knowledge of technical support and customer service. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work afternoon shifts: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday on-call shifts from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (on-call schedule coordinated collectively with the IT team) **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of university computer equipment. * Provide technical support to users in resolving hardware- and software-related issues. * Address and resolve customer service requests related to the systems department. * Assist in backing up computer equipment and ensuring data integrity. * Collaborate with the systems team on assigned projects and tasks. * Respond to technical support requests from students and teaching staff. **Required Competencies:** * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of operating systems and backup software.
