Support banking, investment, and M&A due diligence processes Leading healthcare company seeks Finance and Data Analyst **Responsibilities:** * Produce monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and analysis of business results versus plan, projection, and prior year. * Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long\-term pro\-forma business plans. * Build financial models, assist/lead business case development and supporting analytics. * Prepare CFO, COO and CEO Reporting Packages to Board and Company Leadership. * Provide ongoing research and analyses necessary to support data\-driven decisions. * Identify and implement processes enhancements resulting in automation, greater efficiency, and increased consistency. * Financial analysis modeling and company valuations. * Actively support banking, investment and M\&A due diligence processes. * Produce key performance indicators (KPI) dashboards and operational reports. **Desired Skills and Experience:** * Minimum of 3\+ years of experience in relevant roles. * Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or Economics required or MBA as foundation * A Master in Finance, Data Science and/or Engineering background is a plus * Very strong corporate finance and accounting knowledge. * Strong communication and presentation skills, in person and “on paper.” * English and Spanish proficiency. * Demonstrated ability in building Excel models with programming a plus. * Experience building and maintaining dashboards and KPIs. * Analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
