If you are a proactive, organized person with an interest in the administrative field, this opportunity is for you! * **Knowledge of quotations for auto parts.** **IMPORTANT** * Proficiency in the **Office suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software. * Strong organizational skills, calendar management, and document filing. * Communication skills, both verbal and written. * Customer service orientation, courtesy, and problem-solving ability. * **Basic knowledge of the automotive sector**, such as vehicle documentation, insurance policies, licenses, etc. * **Inventory management** (if applicable). * **Cash handling** or management of collections and payments, in some cases.
