Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead the team, manage inventory and receiving operations, reduce shrinkage, and drive sales. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership 2. Requirements: Completed high school education Availability to work rotating shifts Retail industry experience as a manager or in a similar role Leadership skills Responsibilities: Lead your team Inventory management Receive merchandise together with the shift supervisor Reduce store shrinkage or losses Drive in-store sales We offer: Base salary of $12,000 to $13,000 MXN per month (gross) Performance bonus for achieving sales targets and reducing shrinkage: $4,000 MXN Opportunity for growth Referral bonuses for identifying and recommending strategic locations for new branch openings Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,700.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
